Hiring a car

Train
All international trains stop at Brussels Gare du Midi, from where you may take a taxi to your destination.

Thalys: Journey duration 1½ hours from Paris, 2 hrs 40 minutes from Cologne, 2 hours 40 minutes from Amsterdam.

Eurostar Journey duration from Waterloo Station in London 2 hours 40 minutes.

Brussels Airport also has frequent train connections to Brussels Midi railway station. Journey duration 20 - 30 minutes.

Bus
Several of the hotel chains organise shuttle bus transfers from airport to hotel and return free of charge. 

Driving to/from Brussels
Note rush hour traffic to/from Brussels between 07:30 and 09:30 and 16:00 - 18:00 may add to your driving time and plan your schedule accordingly.

Driving from France
On the E 19 from Mons follow the directions for Luik/Antwerpen/Brussels/Gent then take the direction Brussels Est/Waterloo/Zaventem. You are now on the Brussels Ring or RO. Continue to follow directions for Anvers/Brussels/Waterloo and Namur. Then following the signs for Luik/Zaventem you come onto the E40. Take direction Brussels. Then take the exit No. 19 Woluwe/Evere, turning right direction Evere onto Avenue des Communautés. - GE Fleet Services are almost directly on your right hand side.

Driving from Antwerp or The Netherlands
Follow directions towards Brussels /Zaventem then follow directions for Bergen/Charleroi/Namen/ Luik. Then take the E 40 direction Luik/Leuven/ Brussels taking the direction Brussels. Then take the exit No. 19 Woluwe/Evere, turning right direction Evere onto Avenue des Communautés.  GE Fleet Services are almost directly on your right hand side.

Driving from Germany
From Aachen and region you take the E40 and follow directions for Liège (Luik) and Louvain (Leuven) then direction Brussels. Then take the exit No. 19 Woluwe/Evere, turning right direction Evere onto Avenue des Communautés.GE Fleet Services is almost directly on your right hand side
