Our Green & Safe Solutions program provides practical ways for you to make your drivers more aware of the impact their driving behaviour has on the environment and on traffic safety in general. The ultimate aim, of course, is to improve driving habits.
Indicators
It works like this: the driving behaviour of your drives is measured using 5 indicators: fuel consumption, non-recoverable damage claims, speeding offences, tyre wear and brake wear. You can choose the standard you want to apply to each point of measurement. The whole application available online enables you to review how your drivers have conducted themselves with their vehicles over the past 365 days and to see how they score in relation to each of the standards you have set. Drivers can be given a green, yellow, amber or red score. Action is taken for any colour apart from green. This may range from a helpful, informative e-mail to a requirement to attend a corrective driving course.
Comprehensive cover
What is unique about this program is that it focuses on each driver individually, rather than on the car's registration number. Everything is automated and direct action is linked to the scores achieved. This means that monitoring a driver does not stop if he or she is given a different car. It also goes much further than simply churning out reports to you as the fleet manager. We provide comprehensive cover.
